Q What equipment is included in the course
A Everything you need is included in the price. Wetsuits, life jackets, kites etc..
Q What is the instructor student ratio for the 2 and 3 day beginners courses
A Max of 4 min 2 to 1 Fully qualified BKSA/IKO instructor
Q How long is a full day
A 6 hours with an hour for lunch. We may sometimes skip lunch because of tides. Times are on the booking system
Q Do I get a certificate to show what course and level I have done
A Yes the BKSA Kiteboarder card which will help when trying to rent equipment in the UK and abroad
Q Can the wind be too strong to run a course
A Yes this is at the instructors discretion
Q What is the lower age limit
A Provided the parent comes along and is a position to say stop at all times we can teach from the age of 14
Q Why should I book with Kites On Board
A Being the oldest kitesurfing school in Rye we have the most experienced instructors. We are the only kitesurfing school who have a boat for teaching in any wind direction
Q What happens if there is no wind on a day of our course
A We reschedule for another day
Q What beaches do we use
A We use Camber Sands mainly but can be at Greatstone or Winchelsea depending on wind condition
Q Are you close enough to London to commute for a two or three day beginners course
A Yes we are only an hour from South London and many people do that
Q Does the course cost cover accommodation
A No but click here for accomodation options
Q You are not running a kitesurfing course when we are in Rye can you organise other dates

Q Is there a discount for group bookings
A Yes if you are booking for three or more people please call us for a discount
Q Can I use my own equipment on the course
A Yes only if the instructor approves the equipent as up to our BKSA standards
