We have safety boated six different attempts to cross the channel by kitesurfing only one of these failed due to wind dropping mid channel. We normally start from Dungeness and end up at Cap griz nez in France. We also cover kayak crossings too

The waves and the wind get bigger and stronger mid channel so its good to have experienced Kitesurf instructors on the boats to be able to catch and even swap a kite in deep water for you.

Our kitesurf safety RIBs are all apporoved by the MCA for commercial use. And they are regularly used at our kitesurfing school for launching and landing in deep water. We also have radar for in case the worst should happen FOG!!

Instructors

We have acces to over 5 kitesurfing instructors who have all crossed the channel on a kitesurf at least once prices start from £400 per boat including fuel. .

Book your trip

We need to have a window for the weather for you. The best wind direction is Southerly or Northerly the later being the best as a southwesterly means a lot of down wind action which is not great on one tack.
